As backpackers, we loved the friendly staff, especially Boon from Krabi, who provided excellent service with a smile. The facilities were top-notch, including a nice pool and a beautiful beach area. The food and massages on the beach were of a high standard.

We felt right at home during our stay and had no complaints at all.

The room was incredibly cozy and well-equipped, complete with fluffy purple beach towels and bathrobes. The balcony offered an AMAZING view of the pool and sea, and it was perfect for drying our swimsuits. The peacefulness at night, accompanied by the soothing sound of waves, was absolutely rejuvenating. The bed was comfortable, and the breakfast had a wide variety of delicious options, including fresh fruits. The hotel staff were friendly and provided top-notch service. The location was convenient, with free transfers to the nearby center, and there were also restaurants, shops, and car rental facilities in the area. Can't wait to return!

Location was excellent as it was a 10 minute walk from the lively Lamai beach town centre, yet local Seven Eleven shop and restaurants just around the corner. Great beach front location, within 2 minute walk of Grandmother and Grandfather Rocks. Food in the hotel was excellent. Room was spotless and the bed was very comfortable.

The rooms are tired, the pool closes at 19:00. Breakfast is monotonous, the choice is not large. Wi-Fi does not give out more than 5 m / bit, constantly requests a login with a password. Beach on the shallows.

A shuttle or taxi ride from the town. Very expensive to have a drink at the bar. 5 Changi beers for thb 785 is outrageous for Thailand.

Quiet place where you can relax during day time, freely leave your belongings next to the pool, great restaraunte just a walk away + local shop not so far.night life just about 20-25 minutes away by taxi, no locals on the teretory of the hotel. Great massage services (mrs. Di is the goddess of massage;)) Friendly personal, beautiful beach view.

Prices at the pool bar a really high comapared to 7\11 (boule of water costs 80 baht when at 7\11 just 7 baht - which is insane)..... Beach is reall beauty, but I don't suggest to enter the water (all the water from the restaraunte next door goes into the sea).

I was thrilled with the spacious rooms and breathtaking ocean view at Mercure. The breakfast had a wide variety of options and the friendly chef made it even better. The hotel's location, while a bit away from the center, was easily accessible with the shuttle or a scooter rental. The convenience of having a Family Mart and the amazing Aloe Vera massage place nearby was a bonus. I'll definitely recommend this hotel.

The hotel had a great breakfast spread, with a lot of variety. The location was great, it was easy to get around the city from there. I also enjoyed the pool area, it was relaxing and clean.

The rooms were a bit small and the bathroom could use some updating. there was some noise coming from the street that kept me up at night.

This place is nestled in a beautiful cove, right on the beach, away from the hustle and bustle of the main area. The service here was top-notch, from the friendly and attentive staff to the excellent room service. The room itself was spacious and comfortable, with all the amenities I needed for a relaxing stay. I particularly enjoyed the balcony where I could sit and take in the stunning views. The on-site restaurant served delicious meals, and the breakfast had a wide variety of options to choose from. The hotel also provided a free shuttle service to the nearby Lamai centre, which was great for exploring the local area.

The location of the hotel is not ideal, as there are nicer beaches farther away. Although the hotel is right on the beach, there are rocky areas that make it difficult to swim. the hotel is not within walking distance to the shops. However, the staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet had a decent variety of options.
